I: WPC-PVC LINE

We also supply the wood-plastic composite production plants, which includes the wood-plastic composite resin pelletizing plant, which output is from 100~250kg/hour, and the wood-plastic composite profile extrusion line, which Output is from 40~200kg/hour. The main feature of supplying these equipments due to this is the update technology and environment friendly products; for example, taking the wood flour and the composite with polymer, then extruding, and it becomes the finished products; also, we do the know-how transfer for making the wood-plastic composite resin.

 

The Wood-Plastic Composite Product's Series:

We do the export of the Wood-Plastic Composite Resin or the finished products such as the woven wood blind, the decorative strip, the wall panel, the window profile, the door profile, and etc. It just depends on customer designed requirements

1. Output.

Our complete project is 250kg/hr for standard.

Should you need different capacity, kindly let me know by return.

  

2. Size of Profile.

Please kindly to supply the size of profile or sent the pictures and drawings to us for reference.

 

3. Material.

For your information, we're using PVC + Wood Flour for material.

Kindly let me know when this one is available for you.

 

4. Type of Extrusion.

As we're using PVC + Wood Flour for material, our extrusion line is Single-Screw Extrusion Line which is the best recommended one for making profile in wood-liked.

In this issue, please kindly advice to me your comment for having complete project of WPC profile.
